We are located in the Union Town Center at Union and Research, Suite 101. Classes include Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Modern, and Tap. Ages 3-adult accepted. A Winter Recital and a Spring Recital.
We emphasize proper technique for the health of the dancer. Proper technique prevents injury and minimizes stress on the body. Improper technique develops bad habits that are difficult to break and potentially expensive health issues. It is easier and less expensive to learn proper technique from the very beginning. This is why we endeavor to teach the proper technique consistently from the start. Our sprung floor absorbs impact and prevents stress injuries to the joints. We also believe that, even though it does take hard work, dance should be a joy. Dance should allow you to express yourself in a safe and supportive environment. We strive to keep the music clean and the classes uplifting.
